Custom Order Production Policy
At Salonwear, we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made items for our clients. To maintain efficiency and keep costs fair, please note the following policy regarding custom orders:

Overage in Production: Due to the nature of custom production, there may be slight variations in the final quantity of items produced. If your order requires 50 items, for example, and we produce more than the requested quantity (e.g., 52 items), you will be billed for the additional items at the agreed-upon rate.

Underage in Production: In rare cases where we produce fewer items than ordered (e.g., 49 instead of 50), you will be refunded or credited for the missing items, based on the price per item in your order.

Why This Policy: Custom items are made specifically for your needs and cannot typically be resold or repurposed. We’ve implemented this policy to cover the cost of any excess items that are produced and ensure that we can continue offering custom services at competitive rates.
