How Our Embroidery Process Works

Send us your logo and we’ll digitize it. You’ll receive a proof by email so you can approve the size, placement, and colors.

Once you approve the proof, we embroider your order.

We never embroider until we have your approval.

Please note: The price you pay at checkout is based on our standard rate (up to 5,000 stitches). If your logo requires additional stitches or other upcharges, we will notify you when we send the proof for approval. You’ll simply pay any remaining balance after approving the proof and before we start embroidering.

Every tier includes up to 5,000 stitches. Beyond that, surcharges apply per item.

Stitch Surcharge (over 5,000 stitches):

Every tier includes up to 5,000 stitches per item. Add $1.00 per each additional 1,000 stitches per item.
